Here is my 5 minute full body warm up routine that I use before going on court.

As England gears up for a safe return of tennis, tennis players all over the Country are going be be desperate to hit balls. The problem is, we've all been in lockdown for 7 weeks and our body's are not as conditioned as they were before. Your warm up is crucial in ensuring that your first hit is not your last for a while!!

Follow along with the easy 5 minute warm up to prepare your body for tennis. You don't need equipment or much space. You can adjust the timings and exercises to suit your needs... just don't go on court cold!!
