Its a free market. If the local coffee shops are better then people will vote with their dollars and they’ll be fine.

This is so weird, if you don't like a store just don't go shopping there. This is a free market country, you are free to setup another coffee shop right next to the Starbucks.

So this guy is trying to say that competition is not good and you can't open up a business if you wanted to?? Is he also saying that if you're not Mexican we don't want you? There are plenty of Mexican restaurants opening up in generally speaking white communities and people love it. As far as hiring practices go they can hire who they want.

Same thing happened to Wicker Park, Starbucks opened on Division Paulina and the entire neighborhood changed.

This guy is like “we.” Who’s “WE?!”Looks like he’s the only one who showed up to protest. SIENTATE! Everyone has their Starbucks days and also their cafe de la hoya days! Not only will the residents love it, everyone visiting or working at 26 & California will give it lots of business!
