Marvin Heeymeyer would, in his eyes, be forced to take unreasonable measures against those who he believed had slighted him. In rampage of revenge spanning over two hours, he would destroy much of the Granby town centre. This is the story of Marvin Heemeyer and his Killdozer rampage.

Marvin was a hero of working man, effectively standing up to worthless politicians and power tripping authority. He only requested that his shop still be accessible to the public, and was met with financial ruin. God speed Marvin Heemeyer.

I'm sorry, but the Granby town council/zoning commission was just evil here. They caused this situation and are perfect example of a government acting in a tyrannical manner. There is zero excuse for them isolating his property and fining him into bankruptcy. Driving a man to desperation is absolutely disgusting. Where are the consequences for the public officials that caused all of this?

How sad and repulsive that the municipality he resided in, ran a business in which contributed to local industry, AND paid taxes to, didn’t work with him in ANY which way to ensure his business wasn’t affected negatively and was able to continue it’s operations smoothly. Those ELECTED officials in fact, bled him financially and broke him as a human. THIS was completely a result of a chain of reactions THEY instigated.

Why didn’t they just let him build a damn road to his shop? That’s where all the “crazy” started! The man had a legitimate business and the city council members got their feelings hurt in the cement plant deal and decided to show him who’s boss. They had it coming…
