HOW TO MAKE OVEN ROASTED CABBAGE STEAKS WITH HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE

Clean and remove loose leave and cut off most of the stem leaving core in head of cabbage.
Cut into approximately 1 inch slices. Place on baking pan and begin preheating oven to 425 degrees F.
Brush or drizzle cabbage slices with olive oil or your preferred oil.
Sprinkle to taste with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and ground cayenne pepper.
Turn each slice over and repeat oil and spices.
Bake on middle rack for 35 minutes or until desired tenderness and crisp around edges. It will look charred on the outside and doesn't taste burned but make it sweeter and delicious!
Remove to serving dish and drizzle with honey mustard sauce.
* Honey Mustard Sauce Recipe
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon, Yellow Mustard 2 tablespoons, Lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon,
