It's a used 3080Ti and the 4070Ti will equal and exceed the 3080. For $100 bucks more, it's worth it to get a warranty not to mention the lower power consumption. Power consumption could easily cost you $100 difference over 2-4 years of use. This is not the best advice, sorry.

One thing everyone is ignoring, is the fact that it consumes way less power than the RTX 3080 and performs similarly to a RTX 3090Ti. Buy a used 3080Ti or RX6900XT maybe worth it in the short term, but you'll have less warranty and you might need to change your PSU if u have 750W or below.
