Pljeskavica is a Serbian grilled dish consisting of a mixture of spiced minced pork and beef. It is one of the national dishes of Serbia and is very popular and delicious!
Ingredients:
300g of ground beef from shoulder
300g of ground pork leg
1 head of finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon ground dry red pepper
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
50 ml of water
and more:
100g of cheese for burgers
a little bit of oil
These ingredients are enough for 4 burgers.
