I stoped using wobble and slight/lots. If it makes ripples, it’s under, jiggles, done, stiffles, over.

Just tried today, so I made 4, and saw there were 2 undercooked, so what I next is put it back in the oven for a few more minutes when you just got it out, that'll do the trick!

Hii i have been watching you since u started just wanted to share

I made a fruity flavored creme brule using your inspiration by making a sauce out of blueberry and pomegranite then folding it into the uncooked custard b4 baking and it came out great :)

(Ps i dont have access to beans so i eyeballed the extract can you please do a short on converting bean to extract ratio?)
