As always, I enjoyed the video, though I have some good suggestions for how you can improve the analysis of TV gaming performance.
1) It would have been really interesting to get measurements of the TV's input lag running either game at 120 fps and 120hz.

2) To test the TV's "smoothness" in gaming, it would have been more meaningful to try run these games at 120fps, which is equivalent to the maximum refresh rate of this TV and would have the greatest smoothness and least input lag. This could have been achieved by lowering the in-game render resolution to achieve this purpose. I game on a 4k/120hz Samsung TV, but I run most games at 1440p so that I can have the increased smoothness and reduced input lag experienced when games run at 120 fps.
3) It would also have been really cool to know the difference LG's gaming mode makes to input lag.
4) It may also be worth doing an extra video once LG releases the FreeSync update, because many people will be wanting to use FreeSynq on this TV with PS5/Series X.
