2020 LG CX 77' 4K OLED Early Impressions.....THIS THING IS AMAZING!

(This is just early impressions I will do a way deeper dive review in about a month and talk about every itty bitty little details in about a month or so I’m still the in the honeymoon phase lol.) As stated in the video next week please look forward to a whole bunch of gameplay on both the 77" and 48" LGCX's I will showcasing a lot next week! Many reviews have the cx overall slightly less better than thr c9 in measurements! Hdtv test Vincent said that c9 has better hdr! How's hdr on the c10? Is it the placebo of it being a 75in that helps the c10 look better

Hey buddy,
I own a Sony 65in x930e now for nearly 4yrs now. I, like you, am stickler for detail. I'm also a gamer and by some miracle I got my hands on an xbox series X about a month ago. I realize this video is older that you put out about the LG 77in oled not I'm looking to make the jump from 65 to 77 or 85in on the Sony 900h or Samsung q90.

I'm also paralyzed for many years. I was to be a drafted athlete but was involved in a serious accident which left me a quadriplegic (spinal cord injury which affects all 4 extremities) but I'm still a tech geek and all things Xbox. I can't play very good but it's my hobby and a way to escape my injury for a few hours just like watching movies.

I am 50yrs old and was injured when I was 17 so I must be crazy still loving the battlefield games and racing titties. I'm also very much into the sport games. With MLB the show 21 finally coming out on Xbox, I've been a kid in a candy store! I love this game as well as supermega baseball 3 for the Xbox series X. Everything just looks so much better even though my games already run at 4k at 60frames. But, Xbox just fps'd 13 games the other day to 120 frames . I'm a battlefield 5 guy and even that got the 120 surprise. I realize you take a cut in resolution but pretty soon the games will be running 4k and 120. It's just a matter of time.

I have the Sonos arc, sub and sl surrounds in my bedroom here right now. I was going to get a receiver but the Sonos is amazing for gaming!
The problem is I need that 2.1 hdmi, e-arc, 120 frames, vrr, alm etc..

I have to go 75 to 85 in my bedroom or get the great blacks with your beautiful 77in!!
I know I don't want to spend more than $3, 000 if possible and the only reason I worry about the oleds is the dreaded(burn in). What's your view on that as far as gaming. I really don't game more than 2hrs, if that, a day because of my injury.

I’m getting this tv for my bedroom.

I have a 65” tv now.. it feels big enough.
I ordered the 77” CX last night. I measured out how big the new tv will be, and then held the measuring tape up to my current 65”.. I was SHOOK!
I’m about 8 ft away.. this makes me feel better though!

Around 4:20 Didn’t they fix the HDR issue for 4K gaming?

I got the cx 48 originally for desktop use but switch to the 38 inch lg ultrawide gsync version and made the cx48 my room tv. Just ordered the 77 for living room lol

Just had a couple questions that I hope you can answer. 1) does having 77inch compromise the picture quality and if so is it compromised a lot compared to a smaller LG OLED ex 55inch) 2) TV looks amazing through YouTube but is it even better in person than watching it through this video? 3) does the TV have capabilities of mirroring what’s on my iphone to display it on the big screen? I got the C8 65in in 2018 . Now that I’m inside watching more movies, I’m contemplating upgrading to the 77in CX . Anyone here have experience selling their TVs ? My past TVs I kept for years, like I still have my prior Vizio from 2015 .

What you think about burn out on these panels? You said you play 8 hrs on games which is similar to me. So scared of upgrading to oled with burn out in mind

Of course there is a higher variable refresh rate on PC monitors but what a lot of PC gamers on social media bashing TV's don't understand (like you mentioned that picture is mind blowing especially running at 4k at 120 hz ....something that pc monitors can't replicate due to va or IPS panel... PC gaming is the way to go on oled

Hi, I'm trying to figure out if it's my CX 77" only or if this is common on all 77" OLEDs but on bright scenes I notice sort of like a mesh effect. Have you noticed this? Thank you.
