Throwing gels in the freezer is such a great idea! Never seen that before! I absolutely love BPN! Love the brand and everything they put out. Seeing the go gels show up on your channel is like my FAV running channels collide! Love it!

I started running at the end of January this year and run 3 days a week, I love it. I really enjoy your channel it’s definitely my favorite for running content.
My dog gets the same way during storm it is really pitiful. 🩵
