That’s exactly the difference that I feel after I started focusing on strengthening my rotator cuff and posterior delts. I used to feel my shoulder popping during lateral raises and had difficulty in keeping my shoulder stable, now during this exercise I feel much more stability, my shoulders burn like crazy and posterior delts get really fatigued from keeping everything in place. Thank you so much for your content!

This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for. I couldn't figure out for the life of me how to target that specific area. Too heavy weight causes other muscles to take over. Too little weight doesn't do anything. But it's about technique. Getting that engagement properly. Thanks so much!

i tried this activiation warm up before doing lateral raises yesterday and i was blown away by the difference! you can REALLY feel the side delt turning on. thanks for all the great tips!

He's also rotating his hands upward at the top & taking all the tension of the side delts... Maybe he'd feel them more if his form was better 🤔

Great tip, thanks!. I, too, feel a lot of traps when i do shoulder raises. This dude doesn't visibly look like he would have that issue though.

Love the visual of people exploring their bodies and trying to feel for muscles. Not that there’s anything w doing something “wrong” but it ties in w how dynamic exercise is and theres many ways to workout
