I thought 15 mins workout won't make me sweat more, but i just tried it this morning n literally can feel the burn 😀n sweating more than 30 mins workout 😁thank you ❤️

Thank you once again for a great workout. I have been doing the ab workout right after the 30 mins. cardio and tried this one. It made me sweat and of course it will surely be a pain the butt (but in a good way). Thinking of continuing it for 1 week and then switch to the ab workout. You are AWESOME for doing such a noble cause in helping us all keeping fit!
