I do face yoga every day per the Danielle Collins Face Yoga method. I think this is exactly what my routine needs.

Thank you so much .I didn't realise getting myself in a state over a family issue could cause so much neck and shoulder pain . I suppose that's where the saying comes from (It's a pain in the neck ! ).

Hi Danielle, Thanks for this, it's just what I needed this morning as I've got a nice bigger-than-usual knot in my left neck/shoulder. However, in doing those neck swings and circles, my neck crackles, snaps, crunches and grinds in my cervical spine. It's been like that for a lot of years, but it seems to be worse these days. I don't have much money to get either massage or chiropractic treatments, but I wonder if I really should. My cervical spine actually bends the opposite way it normally should, and I have scoliosis in my back as well. I do yoga 2-3x week and resistance training 2-3x week as well, and sometimes, my back really aches afterwards, it's difficult even to remain upright. I would think it would actually help my back pain, but it seems to be making it worse. I don't know what to do now. I"m 67 and I've been doing regular workouts for about 6 years. I look pretty good, but I do have chronic pain at about the 2-3 pain level. If You have ANY suggestions for what I could do to help with any of this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks again! 😀

Wonderful - I needed that! Please could you do some more improving nasal labial lines, jowls and wrinkly eye lid videos Danielle. Love your content. I'm 50 and I've definitely seen a difference in my jowl and fore head since I've been doing Face Yoga every day. Many thanks love Sam xx
