Came here to say that i'm soo happy to be on day 10 on the 23rd day of the month. I have not fallen behind, i didn't set out to do yoga every damn day. Every other/third day is amazing as well. I just wanted to post this because people are commenting about falling behind but no? you have done 10 days of yoga so far this year that is amazing!

Day 10: At the moment the routine is set, everyday I wake up around 10:30 brush teeth and face, set my yoga mat and start. The feeling I have after finishing the practice is unmatched. Although I do it at home alone, I don't feel lonely, thank you Adriene for that <3

I started daily yoga a year ago with Yoga with Adriene's Breathe series and I never stopped. I can't tell you how much yoga has improved my physical and mental wellbeing, and how much I've improved on the mat. For anyone who is new, please keep going — the payoffs are so worth it.

As someone who deals with Addison’s Disease and has lost a great deal of strength, mentally and physically over the last five years, this series has been helping to motivate me to keep working (safely) towards a consistent, healthy, lifestyle. Thank you!

It's cool how when I first started yoga my wrists and shoulders were too weak to do downward facing dog all the time, and now that pose is an easy reset.

While upside down in a bind, I looked out my office window at the mountain and saw two bald eagles flying along together. Would not have seen that without today practice with perfect timing!

As someone who used to “grind it out” and only want intense, power yoga that made me work, I went into this challenge looking mostly for the mental shift- doing something everyday for the mind/body side of things. And I’ve been surprised at how much this has challenged me physically! Been delighted by the mental “uplift” and also a bit humbled at how actually doing yoga every day makes you feel it over time as much as jamming in that one “hard” session a week. Thanks for showing me a new way!

What a practice 👏 ❤
I felt the mind body connection today.
And the whole practice was a reminder of how strong I am and it's really comforting to know that I've got myself covered. No matter what it shall be well.

Came home to frustrating news. Turned on yoga and suddenly was feeling like I had actually made progress from 2 years with Adriene! I was holding my warriors, flowing, breathing, and paying attention to details before Adriene mentioned them. Finally something I mastered in life...! And then, when I reach back to grab my foot while on all fours, I tumbled over while still holding on 🤣 humbled and still learning for sure. My husband laughed, the dog attacked my face with kisses sesning my weakness and I really felt like everything will turn out alright. Namaste. 🙏🏾

This was challenging - I am getting better with breathing and I feel strong. Proud of myself for coming to the mat every day - showing up and taking care of myself. Thanks Adriene - as always you rock.

I started my yoga journey with Adriene at the beginning of this year. Sometime in June I lost my daily practice and only slowly I am finding my way back to a daily practice. But I am so proud of each day I am showing up.

I was so tired, I didn't want to to come today. I was reading your comments after I hit the snooze button and you all convinced me to come to my mat, and I'm glad I did! 😊 I have been practicing almost daily for a few years, but sometimes it's still hard to get moving.
