"60 minutes" was plenty of time for these security agencies to have done something to prevent the shooting. Now learning that it was "90 minutes" and not "60 minutes" as claimed makes everything even more suspicious.

This blows away the whole suspicious vs threat argument that the agencies have been bandying about. If that many officers are engaged and one of them has drawn their weapon then I'd say we've moved into threat territory.
