How can someone get to a elevated position without the Secret service knowing? 🤔😒🙄😬

Secret service 100% allowed this to happen. How do you miss that?

No way that guy should have been able to get up there unnoticed by the SS.

For anyone that has rifle range time 150yds isn't a very far shot either... How the hell did he get that close without anyone noticing?

150 yards away. How the hell did he get that close to a secret service detail protected person? That's the guestion?

Secret Service FAILED..!! They are supposed to be PREVENTIVE...not REACTIVE..!!!

I think it was the Secret Service that was neutralized not being able to secure a farm with a only a few buildings - seems like a no brainer to have a couple of guys on the roof ahead of time since that was the only logical high ground... Aren't they supposed to be the top security agency in the world?

Trying to figure out how counter snipers allowed someone to climb up on a roof in plain sight.

ROOF TOP, DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM TRUMPS STAGE, with visibility and "line of sight"... was not SECURED?
this was either EXTREME incompetence, or INTENTIONAL. Secret Service is now incompetent?
Sniper crawls up on roof with a RIFLE for several MINUTES, with people saying "hey there's a guy with a rifle"...
WTF.

Of course they "neutralized" him. They didn't want him to talk if he was captured alive.

Secret service neutralized the gunman after making sure the gunman got his shot in...

Hard to say whether the secret service was complicit or simply incompetent. In either case, none of those agents should still be employed tomorrow morning.

So people can see the gunman but secret services doesn’t?

Guy was 400 feet (barely two city blocks) away with a clear line of sight to the stage. An athlete with a good arm could lob a football most of that distance. One local cop on the roof would have prevented this. Gross incompetence.

hard to believe that secret service didn't catch hy that

When I make my first billion, and I pull a security detail together, remind me to NOT hire any former Secret Service. SERIOUSLY.😊

Secret Service gave the guy the time he needed to get into position and get the job done. They only took him out after he failed. That is the only logical explanation. Otherwise, you must argue that one of the world's foremost executive protection services was so incompetent that they left the roof of a building right next door to the podium uncovered.

What’s even worse is that people In The crowd saw this dude army crawling to the building, told the secret service and they did nothing

Secret Service never should have let anyone get on a roof withing half a mile at least of the rally--and some of the attendees saw him climbing the roof with a rifle and yelled at the cops who didn't do anything.
