As the witness only 50 feet away from the shooter, reported and was seemingly ignored by Police, not once, but twice !
And it was upon the witness 2nd returning to where he was originally standing, that shots rang out !
This witness is on video stating this !
Not to mention video of people screaming,
" He has a Gun ", with no reaction from the Secret Service !
