I'm actually hoping we can reverse aging because by the time a lot of these therapies will be out there cm47 now. I would be definitely geriatric.. by the time that a lot of this comes out there for I'm hoping for the conscious upgrade or pet cybernetics thing you know that thing where you use nanites and Gene therapies to stop or reverse your aging. I mean if I really had to look60 something or 70-something forever fine I mean I'd hate that but it'll be better than you know death. As a biomedical engineer we can make some artificial organs which work instead of the natural organs BUT they never ever have the same perfection of natural ..

Whatever we did and do, , You could notice there is something special in the natural organ which our God Allah has created.

And if u notice that every single tip in this video of ways to get longer and heather life like exercises and drinking wine, etc., , Islam has told us to do them before 1441years. so we pray every day = exercise, we don't drink wine as our religion told us,

And even if all body's cells are new and artificial like any computer so why computers get crashing and freezing when u use them longer😏

answer is no, may be extend but not forever. Even robots can not live forever :)
