This is probably the last of Critical role campaign 2 episode 3 that i'm going to animate before moving on to episode 4. Gonna do a few scene more but that's probably gonna be like an unfinish storyboard for my personal satisfaction :D

This whole scene is basically Caleb was asking some pocket money from his step mom.

Caleb exclaiming, "What a good day this is!" when he hears that Nott will come along with him at the end. ;v; I've genuinely forgotten how many charming moments the Mighty Nein have at their start (and throughout, of course, but especially the ones at the start!).

This part is great because it shows Notts motherly side and hints that she has been saving way more money then we realized for “something” that she ends up shipping packages away to

It is scenes like this one that blur the line and make us in the audience reconsider that maybe Caleb isn't the one taking care of Nott and being "the adult in the room", perhaps it is the other way around.

After the craziness of the last two episodes in C3, it's so nice to return to the coziness that is Nott and Caleb.
Thanks so much for the needed breather. 😌 Also, I really liked Caleb's arm movements around 0:42. A simple trick, but it looks so smooth! Well done, as always~ EDIT: I just noticed that she flipped him off when handing him the gold. Subtle, but typical Nott! "You can take this because I love you, but how dare you condescend to me!" XDDD

i love watching back the beginning of this campaign with the knowledge of the context that nott has all her eggs in the caleb basket and its not just the adopted son relationship or her looking to be protected.
