Here is The ADHD Test! A lot of the time I get similar questions from you guys wondering what ADHD symptoms are and wondering if you have ADHD. While i'm no doctor, I decided I would put together a quiz that will help you in defining whether or not you should go to see a doctor about ADHD!
This test is not a definitive diagnosis and shouldn't be taken as one but these are genuine symptoms of ADHD and will help you in figuring out if you should go to have a real diagnosis from a doctor.

I was severely traumatized years ago as a teenage, got diagnosed with ADHD. Spent my whole life fighting ADHD. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Tbh I’ve always known I’ve had ADHD, I can’t keep still, have a hard time focusing, get distracted easily, when I am uninterested I zone out and when I’m into something I shut out the rest of the world, like I’ll be reading in class and I’ll look up and realize everybody is packing up.
