I left social media. That was best for me. It had me distracted, scattered, and open to be easily outraged. I am sensitive to it and I like me so much more without it.

- Staying in the now when I'm happy with friends, considering I'm in university my friend circles are always changing but I realize that's not a bad thing...every new friend I make colors a new shade on my heart canvas.

I’m definitely currently taking my energy back! I’ve turned off social media notifications and taking a break from Facebook, IG, TikTok and Snapchat to drown out distractions and focusing on me. So far it feels amazing. Thank you and God bless you brother 🙏🏽🙏🏽

the war going on right now definitely puts into perspective how abundant we actually are. While people are fleeing with one suitcase for their entire family, we are so blessed to have even a roof over our head. Sending so so much love out to you all ❤️

Conscious direction of our energy is the most powerful skill one can gain. It's a skill guys, it take time to learn, but when you start practicing it, your life changes. There's too much noise messing with our flow, structure your life to create boundaries from that noise so that you flow harmoniously.
Start meditating, Journaling, practicing gratitude, reading and exercising.
Don't procrastinate on your highest state.

I’m homeless with 4 kids… thankful for this. It’s been so hard keeping us all alive.. going to go get me some tea and take back intention & love on myself. I have been hating myself and life… energy has been all over the place and I’m grateful for this to bring me back to what I need to do to be focused

The more I see how much of a *commodity* our minds, attentions, & energy are, and how much it is exploited, the more I value, honor, & cherish living real life in the present moment. Not viewing life through the lens of a screen. Deciding to live real life in the REAL world and PRESENT moments is my current form of Self Love. 🥰💚🙏🏾

It's Incredible to me how the things we REALLY need come to us exactly when we need them. I usually never speak up about how I feel. I try to take up as little space as possible, even though my heart keeps telling me that I deserve to be seen, I let the fear of others perceptions/opinions of me take over. Thank you for the reminder that I MATTER too. It's time to really practice that brave kinda self love.

This video came at the right time for me. I started my self-love journey, and sometimes I forget about it and what life is all about through work and stress... But when I drop it all and just come back to the present moment and remember the journey is far from over, I feel so much better. This is only the beginning!

I have found that recent uncontrollable life struggles have been taking a toll on my overall well-being, and I began to notice how detrimental my thoughts were becoming as a result of all the trauma, grief, etc... but recently I have been becoming more aware of my thoughts and only giving my attention to the ones that nourish me. It has helped IMMENSELY overall, but especially with trying to process what’s happened in the recent years. It also makes me feel more connected to the fellow human beings of earth when I recognize we are all going through struggle collectively. I heal myself so I can heal you❤️ thank you for your inspiration and your calm energy. We all could use some restorative lightness to our hearts.
