For small websites just do all the pre production stuff yourself business set up, design wireframe work, art work, domain, hosting, ssl certs ... These "Developers" overselling you these packages ... Know what make sure it's a clear and concise plan and just farm out what you can't do yourself ❤

For me it's the difference of 8900 to 900 flat rate programmer 😊
