Well in the UK, pretty sure Teslas/any electric car can charge for free. I know for a fact teslas can.

I have the same plan, it's 30 min free at the start of the session, if you go over, it charges the rest as normal for that station. EA also does periods of free charging around holidays. Earlier P*2s came with a $500 chargepoint credit, but we also got the EA deal when it was announced.
