Notice how youtube sensations never do math beyond what the car screen tells them, so I will.
At at least $.4 per kw hr, a 75 kWhr battery charges with $30, which takes you about 335 miles. At $3 per gallon that makes it a 29.9 mpg car. For reference, a Prius is about 50-60 mpg.
Let this sink in before another youtube sensation flashes their electric gas savings at you.

Meanwhile my late 2016 Model S still has FREE super charging, so I pay nothing no matter how much I charge at a Super Charger!

The rates differ from charging station to charging station. Plus it depends on the time of day your charging because charging during peak hours and off peak hours could be a 30% to 50% or more difference in the rate. Also depends on where you at too. Power rates differ state to state and city to city. The misinformation is insane here.

Okay so 100%/ 20 we have five, you have $5 for the 20%, so then five by five we have 25. Which means we have $25 for the full charge. It's not bad . to refill my vehicle. Full tank is around $60. On the other hand depends from your location in New York Teslas insurance is very expensive. I checked with my records. I had one accident 3 years ago. But I should not be high. If you want to take a brand new Toyota RAV4 from the dealership. The rates are $300 at Geico full coverage. The price of the vehicle is 33, 000. So we are assuming that Tesla model 3 with the price of 37, 000 should not be that high. I'll tell you what. Price for the insurance monthly is $490. Tesla want finance that vehicle for $560. I'm over $1, 000 a month in payments. So where is that economy? I'm driving about 3- 4, 000 mi a year. Literally for me it makes no sense to get a Tesla and let it sit on the street. It makes more sense to get the Toyota Corolla with the 270- 290 a month for the finance and around 298 monthly for the insurance full coverage. And even after All the payments I would be able to sell it and get some money back and in case of accident I will be able to fix it on a budget. On the other hand, Tesla has many chances of potential total loss because most of the time when Tesla is rear ended, that's most of the cases that happening in New York. Somebody is not paying attention. Someone is on a phone.. It's electrical vehicle. If there is a damage to the subframe or undercarriage they call that way so that the vehicle is total loss and then you don't have a vehicle. Insurance company is going to raise your rates because in New York the all the time it doesn't matter it was your fault or not but the vehicle will start a loss so they're going to do it anyway. You may call me skeptic or something like that but I don't really trust to electronics. I'm electric myself and I know how to fix the electronic components. It's pain. Ash, I wouldn't trust the electric vehicle drive me around, especially highly combustible one

At a Supercharger, charging a full battery for a Tesla should be around $20 to $30 depending of the battery size. Doing it at home using 220 Volts should be no more than half that price (but obviously will take longer).
All Tesla veh8cles are now very cheap, payments are just the same as any other brand if you finance them. Lease might be a bit higher but will depend on the market. It is cheaper in general to get a Tesla than any ICE vehicle (Internal Combustion Engine for those that are leaving under a rock). There is virtually no maintenance (except the very tedious and frustrating maintenance of refilling the windshield wipers water lol). Brakes can last over 100K miles as most braking is done with the motors to regenerate power, and as you can see, charing is about a quarter to a third of the price of filling up a tank of old school gas.
And if you are one of those who are crazy about range, don't be, range is about the same as ICE vehicles, maybe a bit less for now, but in 5 to 10 years, range will be about double or more than ICE vehicles, and charging time will drop to just mi uses to add 100 to 200 miles of charge so it will not be an issue at all.
Start thinking to switch to electric. It is the future like it or not.
I drive a Tesla Model 3 Performance, and believe me, I got used to it in the very first 5 minutes of driving it, and I am never going back to ICE.

That's 16 cents an hour pretty cheap.❤ Why is it that cheap is this normal price or do you have a special discount? Fast charger usually around 40 cents plus

look when u go on a road trip you almost never need to charge to a full battery only to about 50-60 ish which is about 5-15 mins still not ideal but not bad and lasts about 100 miles. for daily use when u have one trip left just charge at home so in case you forget to charge you can still make it to work and supercharge on the way home to about 30% and charge at home

At the 15 minute mark a gas car would be full and back on the road. Don't forget that you're paying with time in addition to dollars.

Its peanuts on a home charger, maybe a couple of bucks per charge. For 300 miles, no comparison to gas.

And that's not bad compared to fueling up a gasoline/diesel powered car.
