a) Alternating From Top Overhead Press (3 sets : 10 reps)
b) Alternating From Bottom Overhead Press (3 sets : 10 reps)
c) Bentover Kettlebell Shrugs (3 sets : 10 reps)
d) Bentover Lateral Band Raise (3 sets : 10 reps)
e) Rack Carry (3 sets : 50 ft.)
f) Farmers Walk (3 sets : 50 ft.)

Hi, just recently got into your videos, they are very informative and they have helped my training a lot.


I wanted to ask whether you do traditional weight training exercises like bench-press etc with normal weights, or do you only use kettle-bells. I am trying to figure out if you can get that physique only with kettle-bells and body weight exercises. Thanks.
