Long shot here since this video is older. But how would I measure to then cut my angles at a 45? I’m nervous to start our trim because I don’t want my cuts to be too short. Or do I just 45 it from the desired length making the front still longer than the back in length terms?

I've got white MDF baseboards that I am installing. What do you recommend for filling the nail holes?

Nce video, my baseboard moulding project has been delayed for quite a while. So when you install, you don't need glue, and you don't need nail on stub. Can the pins hold the board properly? What if a wall is wider and I need a join in the middle? do I need cut 45 degree to make them join properly?

With mod primed baseboards, do you recommend painting them before or after installation?

Looks like your using a 23ga pin gun.  I've used my 18ga in the past for wood baseboard but have since acquired a 23ga gun.  Do you think the 23ga is a better choice for wood base?

Also remember to wear a mask when installing mdf. Cutting it leaves fibers everywhere.
