As an aerial artist with a history in rhythmic gymnastics, our Intern/Coach Tonya displays some incredible passive movement capacity.

Just remember folks, passive flexibility is NOT ENOUGH. You must also develop STRENGTH through full ranges of motion, or you will eventually hurt yourselves 🤦🏻‍♂️. Our GB courses do just that 🎯.

Our bodies are not meant to have only passive ranges of motion. Nowhere in human movement do we move with a flaccid body. Check your egos and train smart! Train with passion, train mindfully 🙏🏽🙂👊🏽.

Get a "Stretching Machine" that goes past 180 degrees... Partner stretching is BAD.
