As a person who can't even put my legs up a few inches without bending it, I CAN FEEL THIS PAIN😭😭

Can you please tell me what type of tape you are using to keep your ear buds in? I want to do that.

Depending on your flexibility, this could be a bad idea so please do good with caution. It’s good to stretch your legs, but pushing yourself into over splits with the whole weight of your body could be dangerous for some, especially for a long period of time. No hate though! You are absolutely incredible!

Tried this today while doing my chair oversplit, it worked, but now my legs are crying in pain lmao.
