fully agree to this, with my experience. I have acidity every time I eat rajma.
also, if I eat while stressed about something, i definitely face acid reflux.. it's very important to eat meals with mental peace.. without any distractions

I agree with you for everything but not for just one point, “daily same food khao” we should alternatively change vegetable pulses etc so that body would not adopt one single thing and become less responsive towards that specific item
