Kim did NOT need to go blonde just because she was wearing Marilyn Monroe’s dress …Even though she should’ve NEVER worn her dress… But I think it would’ve looked iconic if she kept her black hair short, with a pinup look hairstyle! Instead of that slicked back, fake blonde for the red carpet in a bun. After all those hours me to destroy your hair… Destroy Marilyn Monroe’s dress… When you could have worn your own gorgeous hair in a pinup, beautiful hairstyle, and wear the replica dress

Dying her hair blonde was absolutely unnecessary, her hair is too dark for the end result to look good at all! Going from black to blonde will no doubt destroy your hair from all the bleach chemicals they have to use, and her stylists should have told her that! She is wealthy enough, she should’ve just worn a wig like she does any other time. After all that dying her hair blonde she ended up wearing her hair back in a bun, so why even bother!

She should’ve just cut her hair short and rocked the big curls like Marylyn did with her hair and kept it black. It would’ve been more of her own twist/ paying homage without overdoing it. The color did not match her tone at all, she looked washed out and the bun…was weird.

Begs the question why she waited for the night of to bleach her hair. She knew (at this point) for atleast a month that she was going to be wearing the dress so....other than for drama and content why did she wait till the night before to pull off the biggest change in her wardrobe??! I blame her colorist. THEY are the "professional" here but this doesn't seem like very professional advice if you ask me!
