Hey guys! A lot of you have been asking over the past several months what steps I have taken to get my hair looking fuller and healthier. I also received a lot of comments after my last video asking about all the treatments I had done for my hair. The reason I haven’t told you guys about it until now is its honestly a really intensive process that I have been going through to het back and keep the hair I have been able to and I hated recommending things that were expensive, time consuming, and painful. But I want to show you guys what I have done to help get my hair back a little so that maybe it can help someone else out there going through the same thing! Let me know if you have tried any of these things and how they worked for you! Love ya💖

Women who don’t have hair loss will never understand how much it impacts you. It’s sad that insurance won’t cover hair loss treatment, because it truly does impact your mental health and your overall health, in turn.

If any of you are post-menopause, please don't accept this as a default diagnosis for why you are losing your hair. My primary and my dermatologist would not help me look for reasons why I was losing my hair. The recommended treatment, minoxidil, gave me a headache. I went out on my own to research my hair issues. Rosemary essential oil, the Ordinary hair serum, castor oil hair masking and changing my eating habits has helped. My hair is not what it was, but I'm no longer losing chunks of hair and have had a significant amount of regrowth over the past 2 years.

I'm a biggest follower and love the advice you recommend. What worked with my hair fall management are potato juice apply, acv mixed with water apply post wash, egg mask, liiitleextra cocooninon hair oil shampoo set, green tea. All this helped me and now I no longer experience hair fall any longer.

The number one thing and ONLY thing that has grown my hair is stimulating my scalp 24/7. Just whenever I'm sitting around & think about it. When I was working in the operating room while waiting for patients to roll back pretty much any spare moment I'd massage my scalp with my fingers.

Astonishing growth. ❤️

The time I faced hair fall, I followed all these to effectively control it:
Include massage for your scalp into your routine.
Avoid hot water when washing your hair.
Protect your hair from excessive sweat.
Use a wide tooth neem comb to brush out wet hair.
Reduce your sugar and junk food intake.
Use gentle hairfall control shampoo and oil like littleeextra coccconion.
Nurture a positive mindset for general well being.

i have really fine, thin hair and my husband is starting to lose his hair and we both use the ordinary's multi-peptide serum for hair density and boy oh boy does that make a difference. the last time i cut his hair he had a TON of little hairs sticking up everywhere, and i have a brand-new patch that came out of nowhere in the front of my head, too. it makes a HUGE difference. i'm pretty amazed. no idea if you'll see this since this is months after you made the video, but i thought i'd share my experience. good for you for being so open and honest about this. it's not just hair! it's a big deal!

Alexandria, having your hair is part of your identity. I know when I lost my hair to chemotherapy I cried and cried. It was one of the hardest part of being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Though our hair journeys are different, I feel the pain of hair troubles. My hair is super fine, but stick straight. Styling my hair is my biggest conundrum. It wont hold a curl for anything. I have given up and just pop a ball cap on and call it a day.
I wish you luck on your hair journey.

I literally saw significant growth in my crown spot. I started last November 01, 2022 and I just took a photo today December 17, 2022 and compared them side by side. I'm honestly kinda surpised and now I don't need to go further into minoxidil and all that unglamorous chemicals lmao
I did the following routine religiously:

1. Fenugreek seed once a week every Wednesday or Thursday. I soak it overnight. For instance if I'm gonna use it on Wednesday, I'd soak the seed in water on Tuesday night.
2. I oil once a week on the weekend. My combination is coconut oil + rosemary oil. Leave the oil for at least 30 minutes before shower.
3. I don't have the money for Nutrafol, so I got cheaper otc multivitamins and I separately bought biotin supplement too.
4. I've been drinking collagen powder since November 16 for clear skin and I don't know if this also influenced my hair growth, but I intended it for my skin lol
5. I do scalp massage EVERY SINGLE DAY! Minimum 10 minutes and I usually watch a 10 to 15 minute video while doing the massage to keep me from boredom.
6. I use moringga shampoo. You can get it in your local store or just use milder shampoos, just stay away from overly advertised "natural" shampoo. Also since November 1st, I also started alternating my shampoo use. I use shampoo every other day but I wash my hair everyday since I workout too.
7. NO HEAT, NO OTHER HAIR PRODUCTS. How I dry my hair after shower? I face the fan and let it dry there. I also minimize combing unless necessary 'cause I heard about traction alopecia and we don't want to be pulling our own hair.

I'm not a healthy eater at all, only 4-5 hours average sleep, so "de-stressing" has definitely no influence on the growth (but maybe if I start fixing these things, I'd get more result). I'm still on this journey and 1.5 month is too short of a time but the result is already visible. I wouldn't stop until the crown spot completely closes! Y'all can do it too! There is no harm in trying unless you're trying minoxidil lol

Also you might ask why fenugreek seed? Why rosemary oil? Why scalp massage? I was convinced to try these things 'cause there are actually medical journals that talk about it and its effect on hair growth. I don't listen anymore. I read and do.

My hair honestly started to get noticeably thinner when I was around 15/16 years old. I think it is stress related bc I've dealt with generalized anxiety and depression. Now at 27, I am trying sooo hard to finally care for my hair instead of giving up. I am really looking to add to my routine before rushing to expensive products. Thank you! 🙏🏼 I have health insurance for the first time in over 10 years so I do plan on seeking a Dr's opinion... that has been one thing sitting on the back burner.

Honestly, if you did not tell us you have Alopecia, I never would have guessed in a million years there was Anything wrong with your hair. Just so you know, your hair is Beautiful Alex and it looks very thick and full. ( I don't know if you are using extra hair like extensions or tracks but you look great)

My hair loss is hormonal after having a hysterectomy. I found that increasing my vitamin D really helped my body to absorb the other vitamins I take. Also, try adding a teaspoon of salt to your pre-shower oiling. The salt gives the oil an extra bit of grit to massage your scalp bringing extra blood flow to the skin and slough off dry layers.

This is what worked for me, it may not work for you but maybe help someone: Scalp massage everyday for 20minutes with finger tips, Taoist soap bar for hair growth 2x only per week only applied at scalp not hair, Nettle tea to remove hormone residue from the liver, and last but not least, collagen powder bovine type, at least 2x a day, everyday for at least 3-6 months. Results will come even for men, women get results even faster. Thank me later.

I have been trying this hair growth serum of reactivate littleexttrra for a really long time now and satisfied with the outcomes I have got with it... it's my 3rd bottle now.
This serum has to be applied to the scalp so it works like magic to a dry scalp.
I put on it usually before bed time and just rub it well into my hair....and cleanse it the next morning. I have seen hair growth and enhancement in my hairline.
