I remember a few years ago i had dandruf, even though now i take good care of it your video was also very interesting and i learned a lot. When i had dandruff my grandma thought i had to brush it out, thats how its would get out.Little did i know i actually had to just stop using cheap shampoo and cleaning my hair more often, i had depression at the time, i never had motivation to get out of bed and shower.Hair oiling also helped, just be careful not to clogg your pores.

I have psoriasis, and I use Neutrogena T-Gel, apply it for 5 min and then I use my normal shampoo (for curly hair, I wash it every 2-3 days jeje)

I've been battling seborrheic dermatitis for years now. A sulfur shampoo was the first thing that has ever worked and after a few months I was even dandruff free for a while. But whenever I try to stop using it (bc it makes my hair super dry) or even use it inconsistently it flares right back up again, often worse than before. It's so frustrating. And now that I've heard it could even make me loose my hair I'm scared. I'll try the drying the scalp tip, maybe that can make a difference.

i used to have really thick straight hair when i was younger but then i got diagnosed with psoriasis and scalp eczma and everything changed to the worse. I now have thin hair and oily scalp and some areas in my hair starting growing wavy and damaged which doesn’t suit the rest of my hair texture. Only the places that were affected by the psoriasis have started growing weird. I cant last a day without washing my hair it gets oily in the same day. Not really asking for advice but if anyone has something to help with oily scarp and hair growth tell me pls

DON’T USE head and shoulders if possible!! They, along with Treseme, OGX and a few others are all involved in class action lawsuits about causing hair loss and other scalp issues! Please double check if the brand you use might be causing your issues as well 😭❤️

Double cleansing and not using dry shampoo definitely is a game changer. Also before bed I blow dry the roots and massage my scalp for 5 mins sitting upside down. It’s helps with blood flow to the head while you’re massaging!

I've been trying this hair growth serum of reactivate littleexttrra for quite a while now and satisfied with the results I have got with it... it's my 3rd bottle now.
This serum has to be applied to the scalp so it performs like magic to a dry scalp.
I put on it normally before bed time and just rub it well into my hair....and wash it the next morning. I have noticed hair growth and enhancement in my hair density.

So glad this was in my recommended, I've had sensitive, painful scalp and thinning hair for about a decade and I finally asked my GP last week but he just prescribed some anti dandruff shampoo so these tips - especially drying my hair as I always sleep with it damp (it seems obvious not to do that now lol but I'm tired and it always looks good in the morning lol) - are so helpful, thank you!

Just a personal tip for anyone who has severe seborrheic dermatitis, personally I will stand by my holy grail Flaxseed Gel hairmasks forever! I had seborrheic dermatitis for 7 years without knowing it, to the point my entire scalp was red and fully covered in inflamed patches. At that time my hairloss also kept getting worse so I tried a flaxseed gel hairmask mixed with olive oil and almond milk, and instead of hairgrowth is ended up getting rid of ALL the inflamed skin patches in just 4 weeks (2x a week application before the shower). Its now been 6 years since I got diagnosed with it, and I still use it whenever it gets bad. My sister recently also got diagnosed with it and tried medical shampoos and many other things, and got a special shampoo from a scalp technician, but also says the only thing thats worked consistently is flaxseed gel. I stopped mixing anything in it personally as I found out the oil was triggering my seborreic dermatitis again, so I just use flaxseed gel plain for 30-60 min every now and then.

Ofcourse this might not work for everyone, but even if it doesnt work it is a great protein based hair masks aswell and has benefits outside of this too :)! For me it just ended up being a miracle, and did give me some hairgrowth. Sadly I do think my hair wont ever fully recover because my seborrheic dermatitis went unknown for 7 years when I was a child, but I'm glad something atleast can keep it at bay. I also 100% stand behind ketoconazole shampoo and salicylical acid! sadly I'm in the EU and the only brand I found with salicylical acid in its shampoo isnt sold anymore, so I'm using charcoal based shampoos instead to atleast keep the scalp a bit cleaner. But when I did use it, it was also a great addition.

And thank you for mentioning how seborrheic dermatitis inflammation CAN cause hairloss! My doctor kept denying its possibility, yet my dermatologists are still unable to figure out why I lose hair as it doesnt seem to be genetic either. I'm pretty certain the 7 years of unchecked inflammation really messed my scalp up, so its ''nice'' to hear that it is an actual possibility. Great video like always!

I remember when I faced hair fall, I followed all these to effectively control it:
Incorporate scalp massage into your routine.
Avoid very hot water when washing your hair.
Shield your hair from too much sweat.
Use a wide tooth neem wood comb to detangle wet hair.
Decrease your sugar and processed food consumption.
Use natural hairfall control shampoo and hair oil like littleeextra coccconion.
Nurture a positive mindset for general well being.

As an indian here's what works for me, oiling my hair from roots to tip i use coconut oil and using a comb for blood circulation and sometimes i keep it oiled for an entire night like sleep on it and next day wash it with pantene shampoo and no conditioner if i had oiled prev. Using your fingertips to massage shampoo and lather nicely gives really nice results.
