My Hair Recovery Tips
#1 Discover the root cause of your hair loss.

#3 Stay in REALaity Don't compare your hair to others
#4 Supplements I personally take:
-Geting ENOUGH Calories of nutrient dense foods.
- Foods to support Hair Recovery:
+silica; Spinach, Kale, dark leafy greens etc.
+healthy fats; Hemp Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Walnuts
+abundance of fresh fruits; Papaya, Blueberries, etc.
+beta Carotene rich foods; Sweet potatoes, Carrots, etc.
My Hair Care:
-I learned to embrace the natural texture of my hair and never use heat or dye on my hair.
-I brushed hair almost every day (especially when it was thin) also doing gentle scalp massages
-Oil blends on the ends of my hair almost every day and avoid split ends
