That variety you might have to wait till it gets like an over ripe tomato. Otherwise you’re going to get that chalk taste.

They not ripe yet eat them when they turn Orange then they sweet

rofl you have to wait until they are super soft, like mushy to eat them, before that they are astringent. Asian persimmons you can eat while firm. They are very good but you have to wait until they are soft.

Their NOT Edible/Ripe Yet Family. They Have To Turn DARK ORANGE First And They They'll Be Sweet And Ready To Eat! 🤗😇😁
