Thank you both for trying those. We grew up eating wild persimmons but I prefer cooking with mine now. LOL They are great roasted with mustard greens.

I googled the flavor profile whenever I saw someone suggest growing them earlier this year. I don't even thing google knew how to describe it. The homegrown was a beautiful color though. I'd rock the hell outta a persimmon jumpsuit.
