I cannot tell you how crucial stress management was in healing severe PMDD for me. When I was in a toxic relationship I was having severe cramps, fatigue, headaches and depression and I was on Prozac. A month after I left the guy, my symptoms disappeared and I didn’t need medication anymore! Because of that I started learning natural hormone-balancing things to implement such as diet, routine adjustment and exercise. But hunny cutting a toxic man benefited me so much more than cutting processed food and sugar. I’m so alive again. I agree 100%. I use to over exercise (hello imbalanced masculine) and my hormones were way out of balance. Since shortening my workout and decreasing my intensity, I noticed that I lost weight! Great video, Jillz!

I've also heard that fiber may not be good for us as we have been told all these years and that eliminating everyday is not necessarily what we need to do and probably not very good for our digestive system

So much great advice! I really wish someone would have told me about the importance of not over-exercising years ago. I have PCOS, and thought that as long as I wasn't injuring myself there was no such thing as too much or too intense. Unfortunately, I found all the advice you gave on my own (the hard way) over the years, but I've never tried seed cycling. Honestly, it sounded silly to me when I heard about it years ago, but now it makes total sense and I think I'm going to try it. Thank you for another great video!!

I just wanted to add that you have to activate those seeds to take aways their antinutrients, it's just as easy as soaking them for at least 8 hs before you eat them, washing them and you're ready to go!
