Hi! i just wanted to say you inspired me so much to start a new life. I used to be addicted 24/7 to my phone and eating unhealthy. I started watching your videos, and you gave me motivation! Thanks for posting this. I was dating a guy that was doing all of the "harming hormones" activities and he had super low testosterone from it and made his day to day hard to get through.

Also ladies, the test that was done that says we only need 8 hours of sleep was done on a man! Women actually need 9-10 usually

Thank You so much. When I started working out, I always thought work out I'm the morning on empty stomach is necessary, but whenever I wake up I am super hungry😢, so doing cardio with that was so difficult for me. Also that caused hell alot of stomach cramps out of hunger I used to scream😭. But u gave me the confidence of eating before workout❤.

Women need more than 7-8 hours of sleep. That study about people needing to sleep for 8 hours was made based on male body. A woman's body will typically need more time to rest
