My tip as a girlie from the province on where to look for thift shops outside of manila ~ usually there's a lot of thrift stores in the town center or near the market so try to look around there or you can ask around that area too. Do wear clothes that allow u to try on clothes over them bc not all stores have dressing rooms. But usually the stores are v affordable!
