Tip for thrifting jeans: look at the back pockets of the jeans before looking at the front. You will usually fall in love with a pair of jeans if they have cute pockets.

Tip for just thrifting in general: always, always, ALWAYS look in the aisles that you would not usually look in, (like sweaters, jackets, long dresses etc.) because some people will put items back where they dont belong, or you will end up finding so AMAZING gems.

Tip for once you buy items: ALWAYS wash the items before wearing them. You never know if the old owner didn't wash them or if people tried them on in the store. Especially with Covid, you want to stay away from germs.

Go thrifting by urself is one of the best tips I’ve heard because we shouldn’t feel awkward about « shopping alone » well remember that thrifting should be fun so it’s better when there’s no one on your back so you could take all the time u need for finding pieces that could make ur day much better and u will be proud of it after hours of chasing trough the aisle 😁

I love thrifting with my friends because I think it's so fun to help inspire different styles for each other, and you think this would be ok because I'm usually an L/XL where they're S/M, yet they always seem to pull out these super cute men's graphic tees and sweatshirts and stuff that is a size 2XL and keep it for themselves :D. Like I completely understand that oversized is cute and trendy but there are so many more clothes in your size here already why do you have to take the one cute thing that's my size??
