It worked for me. But after installing the software, you have to go to DEVICE > DISPLAY ADAPTERS > SELECT THE INTEL > DRIVER > UPDATE DRIVER: DONE - Thank you so much

absolutely does not work. System is on the latest video driver from Intel and it still yields that error.

I have the same hd 4600 and it is up to date but the problem doesnt fix
