If you generally use multiple monitors, but open an Adobe Premiere or After Effects project on a laptop or single monitor, you can run into problems. When your application opens it, it might be stuck partially off screen. This is the fix!

This definitely useful, wish Workspaces was a little less wonky when you throw dual monitors in the mix. Worth noting I think that the PC key to do that is Alt. Thanks for all your awesome work!

But what if I click on an effect in the effects control and a window appears, but I can't see it completely? Like if the lower part had been chopped off.

You, sir, are a rock star. Worked perfectly in Premiere Pro CC 2019. Have dual monitors and this was always a vexing mystery fit for a Scooby Doo episode. Until one day, you came along. TY
NOTE: I found an EXTRA FIX.. since the window still keeps getting stuck (though now I can fix it thanks to Kellan), I got inspired to keep sleuthing around with the option key. And guess what? Good news people! If you hold down the option key when you double-click a bin, it will open the bin as a new tab in a normal, beautiful way! (tested in PP 2019)
