none of this worked.... UNTIL i went to the article and tried renaming the folder with my videos in it, forcing Premiere to prompt me to sync everything again. I also had to re-render some audio. Thanks man

Just putting this here for any mac users and none of these work, it could be that the media is saved to the cloud and not on your mac its self, re download and it should fix :)
