How to grow big REAR DELTS

Показать описание
Alright if you actually want to look like you are giving birth in the back of your shoulder to none other than baby thanos himself, here are the only 2 exercises you need. Also, just a quick reminder, today is the last day code “MAXE” is 45% off myprotein, so stock up now if you haven’t already. Anyway, first is a cable rear delt fly. To do this properly, set the cables high enough so that you can pull the weight out and back at a 45 degree angle, and make sure to keep your torso upright so that you don’t lean excessively forward. Second is a tilted machine fly. Simply place your chest on the pad with your thighs on the edge of the seat to create a 45 degree tilt, and swing the weight back under control as far as you possibly can. Now, notice how both of these exercises extend your shoulder at a 45 degree angle, and that is exactly what you want to do, since the rear delt fibers run at 45 degrees downwards. Hence why any back exercise with your arms flared at this degree will train your rear delts. But just for some extra isolation, I personally do 3 sets of cable flys on my first pull day, and 3 sets of machine flys on my second pull day, for a total of 6 sets per week.
