I have just started watching and was properly learning from AND enjoying this mans videos in the last few months. Only to find out tonight he recently died. Very saddened to find that out. He was a born teacher and an inspiration. Going to make sure I watch and put all his videos to good use.

I do these with reverse fly like he suggest omg my rear delts have that nice pop to them.. don't skip on these two exercises.

Maybe it helps if you do this after some trap exercises so they will be already fatigued when doing these. Might help to target the rear delts even more

For me it is helpful to slouch, or push my shoulders a bit to the front.
