If u are still struggling after this, just do pull ups, then weighted pull ups.

Been tryin to find a setup to do the exercise at the gym where I go .. the bench is so weirdly built the dumbbells are restricted on the way up .. can’t even get to 90 degree on the elbow

You can do this on a smith machine aswel with a bench if you don’t like dumbbells or they aren’t heavy enough

Whenever I do this exercise I can’t breathe 😭😭. I try putting just my sternum and it’s still kinda hard to breathe I think I’m doing something wrong
