stick a Radeon 5700XT in the PC and boot a Hackintosh. I am curious. on paper, the 5700xt should be the best GPU for MAcOS when the drivers are ready.

For every custom PC cost, you should have included the time you search for the right parts and assemble the machine. Plus, you should also include the cost of the monitor you used in the test.

Can you make test with less expensive hardware? I don't care what's the best pc for editing if they cost more than 2000€... What about the base model MacBook pro and laptop at the same price?

You can get the PC to be much cheaper and still deliver the similar performance. You don't need the 2080ti GPU here. That just bloats the cost significantly.
