I stopped using aluminum and use parchment paper it works well. Its great to use when baking chicken wings. When I worked at Red Lobster many many years ago they took the potatoes and put olive oil on them and then rolled in sea salt so you do not have to use aluminum and the bake potatoe was yummy.... I hate when it sticks to my wings that is why I changed to parchment paper for almost anything that goes in theoven...Aluminum is bad for your health if used often .Soup cans are made of steel and pop cans are made of 75 per cent aluminum... Aluminum foil is the least of our worries!
