The focaccia might be good, but that's not how you store olive oil. It needs to be in dark bottles, otherwise it'll get rancid due to the exposure to light..

I don't question the amount of water. But I do question the amount of yeast! That seems way way too much for 500g!

Nah. He's so off the mark. Every other chef and baker says focaccia is an easy bread to make and I have yet to see someone else make it so wet.

Ash Jesus man, why can’t people make things more clear?, it’s not like it’s a demo on how to bake focaccia or anything. Listen, he says two seven gram sachets, right?, then I look up the recipe and it says one seven gram sachet, so is it fourteen or seven grams?, it can’t be fourteen...
