I worked in a call center a few years ago. It was the worst job I ever had. Like that described in this video. I now have something better. Have a good day reader

Thriving is a slow process and must be recognized as team processes. Those harboring resentment without a full comprehension or empathy slowly weed out. Keep your faith and inspire others to love. Love heals, judgement separates hate make people sick, and pride requires humility.

I've handled it before. Make more friends than enemies. In a toxic environment you can be the best person there.

It happened to me. I turned a department around, made it more efficient and staffers from other departments recognized my work BUT the GM was a very toxic person. No integrity or honesty. He lied so much about things that happened under his watch so he could shift blame. Then he Hired another person, for the next level I was seeking, a person who was there a much shorter time than I. Turns out he was having affairS within the company and now he’s under investigation for embezzlement of $2 million dollars. It’s a shame that happened to me. But I’ve moved on. I really enjoyed that job.

I gave a year to a place and I still have stress dreams and nightmares about the manager. Got fired when I finally lost my cool, luckily the CEO liked me and gave me decent Severance, have been blessed in meanwhile, 6 months to get back to where I would look at return to the field I work in. Some people are horrible. Incompetent to the point of malevolence. Of the 11 people i worked with only 3 remain now. Everyone else left.
