My daughter in law instructed me to be careful not to fall over as I’m 76. She slipped on ice this morning…she 55! Really appreciate your excellent videos. Breaking a hip is a traumatic event so this is a very useful video.

Thank you for all you show us. I will be 78 and last year I had a really bad bout with arthritis, then COVID, and after that shingles. I had had an accident in 2012 with a semi but this last year all that happened seemed worse. It has left me with a loss of balance
and I appreciate all you show us. THANK YOU 💛 😊 🙏 💛 😊 🙏

I fractured an ankle back in 2015 and never fully recovered my balance. It's gotten better but now that I'm heading to 68, I feel that I need to strengthen that area. Thanks for this refresher class, I had forgotten all about this exercise. Happy Holidays to you and your families!

Another really good one. I'm learning ...btw...that I feel steadier breathing in my nose and out my mouth...maybe more focused and more energy due to more nitric oxide. (I'm 71)

Wow, thank you. I have to hold on a bit and I can't quite get to 30 seconds but I'm hopeful. I'm at that point where I don't want to lose any more balance than I already have because a dog gave me a little bump against the side and I went down. I felt so embarrassed because he certainly didn't put a lot of weight on me LOL
